Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize end-to-end workflows for gene expression, genome editing, cell therapy, and molecular diagnostics applications.
- Conduct live workflow demonstrations, technical workshops, and hands-on training for customers and partners.
- Support method development, protocol optimization, and application feasibility studies.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and product teams to improve solution positioning and drive customer conversion.
- Enable translational research collaborations and support key customer evaluations & proof-of-performance initiatives.
- Build and deliver technical presentations, application notes, and training content.
- Maintain a strong understanding of new technologies and proactively showcase cross-divisional integration opportunities.
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-demo engagement for accelerated workflow adoption.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Master’s/Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with PCR/qPCR, cell culture, genome editing tools, and NGS-based workflows.
- Familiarity with Thermo Fisher platforms across Biosciences, Genetic Sciences, and CMD portfolios.
- Proven experience of over 8 years in applications, technical support, or laboratory research environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers optimally.
