Roles & Responsibilities
Mass production development of automotive engine turbochargers and electric superchargers (eBooster)
Adaptation of globally standardized turbocharger products to meet customer requirements, covering the full development cycle from project kick-off to mass production
Coordination and alignment with global and internal teams in response to customer issues
Conduct on‑site testing activities at customer locations when required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive), Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of development experience in the automotive industry
Proactive and receptive communicator with strong internal and external customer interaction skills
Strong focus on work processes, execution capability, and schedule management
Ability to work and communicate effectively in a global environment, with a high sense of responsibility for problem solving and a strong desire for continuous skill development
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in engine or powertrain component development at OEM
3+ years of experience as an Application Engineer at a global company
Excellent English communication skills
Master’s degree or higher
