Application Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Mass production development of automotive engine turbochargers
• Adaptation of globally standardized turbocharger products to meet customer requirements, covering the full development cycle from project kick-off to mass production
• Coordination and alignment with global and internal teams in response to customer issues
• Conduct on‑site testing activities at customer locations when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive), Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of development experience in the automotive industry
• Proactive and receptive communicator with strong internal and external customer interaction skills
• Strong focus on work processes, execution capability, and schedule management
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a global environment, with a high sense of responsibility for problem solving and a strong desire for continuous skill development

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engine or powertrain component development at OEM
• 3+ years of experience as an Application Engineer at a global company
• Excellent English communication skills
• Master’s degree or higher
