Application Development Senior Analyst – DevOps
Position Overview
We are looking to hire a DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building, automating, and managing cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes (EKS), and database upgrades, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and security.
This role requires a modern DevOps mindset, including practical knowledge of AI-powered tools to enhance DevOps productivity, automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate AWS-based cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to ensure scalability, reliability, and repeatability. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps to enable efficient build, test, and deployment workflows. Deploy, manage, and support containerized applications on Kubernetes (EKS), ensuring high availability and performance of workloads. Perform database upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime, ensuring data integrity, security, and backward compatibility. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell and Python to streamline infrastructure operations and deployment tasks. Implement monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Grafana, enabling proactive detection and resolution of issues. Apply SRE principles to improve system reliability through automation, alerting, incident response, and continuous improvement practices. Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across cloud environments, collaborating closely with application, security, and Cloud COE/platform teams.
