Job Description

Application Developer - Full Stack Development

Bengaluru -India

The Full Stack Software Engineer will design, develop, and deliver reliable, scalable platforms to build our key systems and services throughout the company. As a talented and passionate member of an agile capability team you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deploy leading edge engineering and product configuration solutions that will deliver value to our customers. The team leverages Front end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS with Redux. Team uses Back-end technologies that include ASP.Net Web API, C#, SQL and Azure cloud services to deliver these new innovative solutions.

You will report to the Team Lead -IT and work in a hybrid capacity from Bengaluru, India.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable full‑stack applications and services.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build high‑quality software solutions.
  • Develop front‑end applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Redux, Thunk, HTML, and CSS frameworks.
  • Build and maintain backend services using ASP.NET Web API, C#, .NET Core, and SQL.
  • Work within an Agile development environment.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews and automated testing.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Adapt to new technologies and evolving our needs.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of strong full‑stack development experience.
  • Front‑end expertise: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, Thunk, HTML, CSS frameworks.
  • Back‑end expertise: C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, SQL Server.
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps / GitHub Enterprise (Git), TFS.
  • Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analysing pros and cons of different solutions and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience with OOP using C++, C#, or Java.
  • Experience building automated test frameworks.
  • Experience with Azure PaaS, SQL.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD.
  • Infrastructure‑as‑code experience with Terraform.
