Emplify Health is seeking a collaborative and clinically minded Application Analyst to support and optimize our Nurse Call environment, with a primary focus on the Voalte communication platform.

This role partners closely with nursing, clinical leadership, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable, intuitive, and efficient clinical communication that supports patient safety, workflow efficiency, and high‑quality care.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Voalte Nurse Call and clinical communication platform (Voalte One, Voalte Mobile, Voalte Wearables, as applicable)

  • Support implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the nurse call system across clinical areas

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to alerts, escalations, call routing, device connectivity, and integrations

  • Support training and go‑live readiness for nursing staff and ancillary teams during new deployments or optimization initiatives

  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and user experience; proactively identify opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure nurse call workflows support patient safety initiatives, response time goals, and regulatory standards

  • Assist with documentation, change management, and governance related to clinical communication systems

What's Available:

  • Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

  • Monday-Friday core business hours

  • Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives

  • Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position.  

  • Starting salary $70,000/year + based on relevant work experience

  • Based on experience, this position may also be filled at an Application Analyst or Senior Application Analyst level.
     

An Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education

  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience supporting or implementing a nurse call system, strongly preferred Voalte / Vocera

  • Clinical workflow understanding, preferably with nursing or inpatient care environments

  • Experience working with clinical communication systems, mobile devices, or real‑time alerting platforms

  • Strong analytical and problem solving experience
