About the Team

Our Managed Services team supports clients by providing reliable, high‑quality service and a clear technology strategy that supports both current needs and future growth.
What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot application/server issues and ensure quick, efficient incident resolution.
- Work collaboratively with different teams to support business processes, issue resolution and improve product quality.
- Recreate and analyze client issues in test environments.
- Provide in‑depth product and technical support to FIS clients.
- Monitor and support production systems.
- Automate routine operational tasks.
- Document client details, recurring issues, and support activities.
- Perform server health checks, log analysis, and root‑cause analysis.
- Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
What You Bring
- Strong hands‑on experience with Unix/Linux and PowerShell scripting.
- Proficiency and experience of Windows Administration.
- Hands-on SQL knowledge to analyze data and reconciliation.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve application or system issues.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience in banking, finance, or listed derivatives is preferred.
- Ability to manage expectations and deliver reliably.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and documentation skills.
- Self‑driven with the ability to work both independently and within a global team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
