Role Overview:
As a Lead Integration Developer, you will lead the design, development, and administration of integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient integration solutions that support business process automation and data consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Expertise in building integrations using OIC with Oracle and Non-Oracle systems, including configuring connections, orchestrations, and data mappings.
- Integration Protocols: Proficient in communication protocols such as HTTPS, REST, SOAP, and SFTP.
- Hybrid Integration: Experience with both cloud and on-premise integration scenarios.
- OCI & OCI Services: Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and key OCI services such as Data Integration (OCI DI), Streaming, Object Storage (Buckets), and Serverless Functions (OCI Functions) for building scalable and event-driven integration solutions.
- Integration Patterns: Deep understanding of integration design patterns and industry best practices.
- Data Transformation: Skilled in data mapping and transformation within OIC.
- API Management: Knowledge of API design principles and lifecycle management.
- Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve integration issues and optimize system performance.
- SDLC Methodologies: Experience working within structured software development life cycles.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
- Database & PL/SQL: Strong understanding of Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
- Oracle Visual Builder / Workflow Builder: Experience with building VBCS apps.
- Fusion Modules: Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules such as SCM, HCM, and Financials.
- Monitoring & Diagnostics: Knowledge of middleware monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning tools.
- DevOps Tools: Experience with JIRA, GitHub, and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions.
