API Implementation Specialist

As a Solution Implementation Consultant, you will be part of an excellent team supporting our Direct-to-Consumer integrated partners. The team supports these strategic partners by consulting on and implementing Equifax Products to solve customer business problems.

What you will do

  • The Technology Solution Consultant  is responsible for consulting on and implementing Equifax Products to solve customer business problems.  
  • This role is involved in the sales, delivery, and support of Equifax Consumer Product Solution technology platforms with our partners that deliver Equifax data and insights directly to consumers.
  • He/she will partner with members of the team to manage the ongoing contractual relationships and deliver contracted services to clients for an account or group of accounts.
  • Technology Solution Consultant will have the following primary responsibilities: Conducting discovery sessions, Requirements elicitation , preparing documentation and training materials, platform configuration and solution delivery, functional quality assurance testing, customer deployment activities, customer account management and support, and project support for other implementation teams

What experience you need 

  • University Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable, referenceable customer relationships
  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support or Consulting on implementations ranging from medium to large-scale enterprise levels.
  • Experience with software as a service (SAAS) implementations
  • Strong technical aptitude is required, including a solid understanding of APIs, the ability to write SQL, and the ability to execute quality assurance
  • Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results
  • Ability to evaluate market reactions to Equifax products and provide input into strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points with solution options and implementation approach
  • English proficiency B2
  • Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings

Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:

  • Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
  • No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
  • Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
