Summary of This Role
The lead will need to work with scheme partners and internal GP regional, global stakeholders to align and synergize our approach to partnering schemes. The key responsibility of the role includes:
- Understand, identify and align key objectives of GP and scheme partners.
- Uncover and develop opportunities that will mutually benefit both GP and the Scheme partners to increase revenue growth.
- Managing existing partnership contracts and terms of deal enabling timely delivery of agreed plans, obligation, facilitating earning of incentives.
- Work with the GP Compliance Team to identify scheme mandates (with substantial fee impact).
The successful candidate will map existing relationships, consolidate regional efforts, and provide recommendations to enhance our engagement model with schemes. This is a critical role designed to deliver clear insights, structure, and recommendations for long-term success.
What Part Will You Play?
- Develop a comprehensive view of all scheme relationships across the APAC region
- Consolidate existing scheme-related initiatives and activities across markets into a single view of activities
- Act as the central point of contact for all APAC scheme partners to achieve a sense of scheme strategies and alignment to GP strategy
- Collaborate with global scheme relationship leaders to align regional and global efforts
- Assess and build on existing commercial initiatives and roadmaps for each scheme
- Size and define the ongoing effort required to support proactive, value-generating scheme relationships
- Propose an organization design and resourcing approach to support a more strategic, forward-looking scheme partnership model
- Provide clear documentation, insights, and recommendations to inform long-term planning

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong strategic thinking - able to see the big picture, connect the dots across markets and shape future state models.
- Stakeholder management and influencing - confident in engaging with senior internal leaders and external partners.
- Commercial acumen - Understanding of commercial levers and ability to assess and contribute to roadmap and initiative planning.
- Project management - ability to consolidate activities, manage cross functional inputs and deliver a clear set of outputs within a short time frame.
- Analytical and structured thinking - capable of assessing current state relationships and activities to size the effort required to support future needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to distill complex information into clear insights, proposals and recommendations.
- Self-starter mindset - comfortable operating in a fast-paced dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Good payments and acquiring knowledge will be a strong plus for this role.
