Mission
As the HR Business Partner for Azelis APAC, you will drive business success through people success. You will work closely with APAC management and the HR Director to deliver operational and tactical HR support across the employee lifecycle, covering talent acquisition, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, payroll, and employee relations.
You will partner with local HR Managers to build organizational capability, implement impactful HR initiatives, and align talent strategies with business goals. Additionally, you will contribute to regional and group HR projects, fostering a unified “One Azelis” culture that respects local strengths and promotes performance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Partnership
- Partner with Managing Directors, business leaders, and local HR Managers to support business objectives through effective HR solutions.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Group HR policies and compliance with local legislation.
- Lead regional HR priorities and drive alignment with strategic initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment and selection processes at regional level, ensuring quality hires and timely delivery.
- Leverage social media and referrals to optimize time-to-hire and cost.
- Implement Group recruitment standards and oversee onboarding programs.
HR Operations & Payroll
- Prepare job descriptions, contracts, and employee lifecycle documentation when relevant.
- Support workforce planning and budgeting.
- Oversee payroll optimization within the region, including benefits administration.
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate and implement annual salary reviews and bonus processes at regional level.
- Ensure competitive compensation policies to attract and retain talent.
Performance & Talent Management
- Drive performance and development processes, ensuring meaningful evaluations and growth plans.
- Identify and develop top talent through targeted learning programs.
Workday Management
- Act as Workday super-user, ensuring data integrity and providing training.
- Support testing and implementation of new functionalities.
Employee Relations
- Foster positive employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws; manage litigation and represent the company when needed.
- Liaise with unions, works councils, and authorities as applicable.
M&A Support
- Assist in HR due diligence and integration planning.
- Support change management, talent retention, and policy harmonization during mergers and acquisitions.
Reporting & Projects
- Prepare HR reports and analytics.
- Manage HR budget and forecasting.
- Contribute to regional and group HR projects as required.
