Vendor Administration Supervisor

Location: Medford, OR (ideal, open to remote)

Comp: The full salary range for this position is RANGE annually. The anticipated starting pay is RANGE, determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

The Vendor Administrator Supervisor is responsible for leadership and oversight of the vendor admin team and workflows. The overall management and maintenance of our Master Vendor file, vendor compliance, and accurate and complete 1099 filing. You will also perform/review Audits as well as monthly reporting.

What You'll Do

  • Hire, train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance and development

  • Provide direction and support to team and professional and timely support to the dealerships

  • Responsible for the overall performance of the team, monitoring their performance, providing timely feedback & assisting them to improve on their identified training needs

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously refine and simplify our vendor administration processes keeping in mind the user experience

  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve vendor effectiveness

  • Assist with the implementation of goals and objectives of management team

  • Oversee Vendor administration team to include a successful vendor onboarding process, set up and maintenance and 1099 processing

  • Oversee the credit card process to ensure policies are followed and audits are timely

  • Assist in white glove acquisition processes for team

  • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities in workflow and staffing

  • Set up and success of Transcepta onboarding process

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years in accounting/AP or vendor management with lead or supervisory experience

  • Strong knowledge of vendor onboarding, master data accuracy, compliance, and 1099s

  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance

  • Exceptional attention to detail, urgency, and accuracy

  • Clear, professional communicator across all levels

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement

  • Proficient in accounting systems and Excel; vendor tools a plus
