Your main tasks
Planning and coordination of activities of the team,
Setting and monitoring the implementation of the set annual targets,
Securing the team's activities related to the preparation and execution of payments to internal and external units cooperating with the Husqvarna Group,
Supervision over timely preparation and validation of assigned internal controls with the highest accuracy and monitoring of compliance with their records in everyday work,
Conducting regular individual and team meetings according to the schedule agreed with the supervisor (including regular feedback to subordinates on the quality of their work and areas for improvement),
Coordination of preparation and updating of process documentation based on the standards adopted in the company,
Participation in the transfer of financial operations from other countries to Poland in accordance with the Husqvarna Group calendar,
Demonstrating a proactive attitude by applying a task-based approach to assigned duties and taking the initiative to solve problems encountered and difficulties related to the performance of official tasks,
Representing the team within the Husqvarna Group.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading an AP or finance team, including setting goals, monitoring KPIs, conducting performance and development discussions, recruiting, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor account reconciliation, data accuracy control, month-end closing activities, and compliance with internal procedures and SOX/audit requirements.
Hands-on experience with financial systems such as Coupa, SAP, Exacto, REX, Pasdej, and JD Edwards, including invoice processing, workflow management, reporting, and collaboration with IT for issue resolution and testing system changes.
English proficiency at a minimum C1 level, enabling you to lead meetings, deliver presentations, manage correspondence, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
LEAN Green Belt certification (or equivalent) confirming practical experience in process mapping, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing measurable improvements.
Proven achievements in increasing process efficiency, such as reducing invoice processing time, minimizing errors, implementing automation, introducing measurable KPIs, or standardizing operational procedures.
Strong communication and presentation skills, supported by experience in facilitating workshops, delivering trainings, presenting to leadership, and engaging with key business stakeholders.
Practical project management experience, including planning timelines, coordinating cross-functional work, managing risks, implementing and testing process or system changes, and reporting project progress.
Well-developed business acumen, including the ability to analyze financial data, draw insights to support operational decision-making, and understand the impact of AP processes on overall company performance.
