The role 

You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you secure accuracy, control, and financial clarity while helping Loop scale with confidence as a global DTC brand. 

 

What you’ll do (and what you don’t) 

• You own the full accounts payable cycle end-to-end, from invoice intake to payment execution
• You review, validate, and process invoices while managing approval flows in SAP
• You ensure timely payments across multiple entities and maintain clean, audit-ready books
• You reconcile vendor accounts during month-end and flag discrepancies or risks early
• You collaborate with procurement and budget owners to resolve issues quickly and improve spend management
• You prepare AP reports and cash flow overviews
• You support month-end and year-end closing activities
• You assist during internal and external audits
• You maintain strong vendor relationships across region
• You improve AP processes and controls using Excel and ERP tools
• You don’t treat invoices as routine transactions
• You don’t overlook inconsistencies or risks
• You don’t wait for others to fix process gaps you can improve 

 

How you’ll succeed 

We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You take pride in accuracy and feel responsible for every number you touch. You ask questions when something does not add up and stay calm under deadline pressure. You see patterns, risks, and opportunities to improve, and you communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance teams. 

 

What you’ll bring 

• You bring at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Audit, ideally in an international environment
• You have experience with ERP/AP tools, ideally SAP
• You have strong Excel skills
• You are fluent in English
• You have a background in finance, accounting, or related education
• You work independently and know when to involve others
• You’re comfortable with change and ambiguity
• You know when work is ready to ship, and when it can evolve
• You want your work to matter, not just exist
