AnyLab Internship Program: AI Agents and Workflow Automation

Jakarta Full Time

ANYLAB INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

What Is AnyLab?

An AI Implementation Lab based in AnyMind Indonesia office. Not a ChatGPT wrapper shop. Not a university research project. A team that builds AI agent systems to automate real business operations and deploys them into production environments. Join the founding squad of an AI implementation team and build autonomous AI agent systems that solve real business problems — working daily alongside the technical architect.

What Interns Will Do - Core Mission

Build AI agent systems that automate business operations at scale: Design, implement, and deploy multi-agent architectures where multiple specialized AI agents collaborate through structured data protocols to autonomously complete complex tasks.

Interns will work on a range of business automation projects, matched to business priorities and their own interests and strengths. These projects can include automating social media analysis, drafting business proposals and strategies, automating consumer research and insight generation, creating AI-powered marketing creatives with brand checks, building systems that aggregate and report data from multiple sources, and exploring new automation-based solutions or products

▎What Interns Will Learn

🏗  Multi-Agent System Design: Decompose complex workflows into specialized AI agents with clear responsibilities and communication protocols.

🛡  Harness Engineering: Build validation, error recovery, state management, and quality enforcement systems around AI agents — the discipline that separates production AI from demos.

🤖  AI-Directed Development: Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) as your primary development tool. Think in architecture, not syntax.

🎯  Context Engineering: Design what information to feed AI agents and when — the art of minimal, precise context injection.

📊  Evaluation & Quality Systems: Build quantitative scoring rubrics, golden datasets, and automated feedback loops to measure and enforce output quality.

⚡  Hybrid Architecture Design: Know when to use AI vs. regex vs. solvers vs. rules-based logic — choose the right tool for each part of a pipeline.

What Are We Looking For

  • Currently studying in or recently graduated from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Marketing, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business automation and AI agents for marketing, research, and reporting use cases.
  • Ability to analyze data and turn findings into clear, actionable insights or simple reports.
  • Basic technical skills for working with AI/automation tools (e.g., Python, SQL, or low-code/agentic builders like n8n/Make is a plus, not a must).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows.
  • Clear communication skills to document processes, explain findings, and collaborate with business stakeholders.
