Job Description

Overview

We are a specialist team within the Collins Aerospace Aftermarket Program Management group, delivering tailored customer stocking programs. Our solutions ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory levels for our customers, helping to drive efficiency and reliability in their operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally across the Collins business to ensure customer needs, requirements, and deadlines are met

  • Receive and analyze customer data to develop and optimize inventory solutions

  • Build and maintain global relationships with both internal teams and external customers

  • Track program performance using defined metrics and report findings to internal management and external customers

  • Serve as the key focal point for all data feeds related to assigned programs, including active install base, historical and projected sales, and commercial concerns—ensuring timely and effective resolution as needed

  • Develop strong customer relationships and networks within customer organizations

  • Attend internal and customer review meetings to represent program status and updates

  • Monitor and report on program financial performance

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes

  • Execute assigned Key Business Objectives in a timely manner

  • Perform other duties as required by departmental procedures

  • Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

  • Background in manufacturing, engineering, or aviation preferred

  • Understanding of inventory management is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills

  • Open to fixed-term employment (5-month contract)

  • Potential opportunity for permanent employment, depending on business needs and candidate performance, as the team expands
