The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and passionate Angular Front-End Developer to join our innovative team at HITACHI ENERGY SPAIN, S.A.U. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features and applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience within our cutting-edge energy solutions.
How You Will Make An Impact
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Angular.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional, responsive user interfaces.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and architectural patterns.
Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and resolving defects in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development and Angular.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as an Angular Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
In-depth knowledge of Angular (versions 2+) framework, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, npm, yarn).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an agile environment.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
