Roles and Responsibilities
Team Coaching & Leadership
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, engagement, and collaboration across functions
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to ensure retention, recognize success, and share best practices; provide exposure to senior leadership.
- Manage team performance through regular feedback and performance tools; communicate company and regional strategies effectively.
- Act as a role model for collaboration and trust across functions within the Zone/Product matrix organization.
Customers, Market & Product Expertise
- Develop deep clinical and technical knowledge of ARC products and stay updated on trends in anesthesia and respiratory care.
- Analyze market dynamics and competition to define strategies, protect installed base, and identify growth opportunities; provide feedback to regional marketing teams.
- Ensure product configuration quality at offer and order entry stages for accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Lead product positioning and strategy (value proposition, key messages) through training sessions for sales teams and partners.
- Coach PSS and partners on differentiating ARC offerings during the sales process; ensure clear opportunity management and call plans for effective coverage of decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and professional societies to position new products and solutions effectively.
- Engage early in governmental and enterprise projects to position GE HealthCare as the partner of choice
- Differentiate offerings through compelling solutions designed in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive win rate strategies for short-, mid-, and long-term growth.
Financial Performance and Sales Management
- Achieve financial and operating targets, including orders, revenue, and gross margin, through successful sales execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of Orders and Sales & Installations (S&I); drive optimal Operating Mechanisms to monitor progress and deliver on commitments.
- Drive CRM rigor (SFDC) across the team to maintain pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.
- Contribute to yearly business planning cycles for ARC (e.g., Marketing plan, BPR sessions) and set appropriate OP targets for Product Sales Specialists (PSS) and Channel Partners.
- Define and execute impactful sales strategies leveraging both direct and indirect channels, including partners and distributors, to expand market coverage and deepen engagement.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with a proven track record in Sales and Business Management.
- 8–10 years of people management experience with strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Strong business acumen, data interpretation, and advanced negotiation and financial skills
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution with strong influencing capabilities.
- Experience in managing both direct and indirect markets across ASEAN & Korea.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to build impactful relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Inspirational leader with optimism, humility, and approachability.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (additional Asian languages a plus).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
