Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution with 18 credit hours in areas credentialed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree from a regionally accredited institution in Chiropractic Medicine (DC), Physical Therapy (DPT), Osteopathic Medicine (OD), Allopathic Physician (MD); Ph.D. in a related medical/science field
