Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Analytics/Dashboarding Analyst (ADA) to join our team! In this role, you will design and deploy interactive dashboards to create efficiency and support decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Participate in working sessions with team personnel to implement automated and dynamic dashboards.
  • Apply data science fundamentals and use analytics toolsets such as Microsoft Power Apps or Tableau to design visually appealing dashboards.
  • Maintain documentation of development processes, data sources, and data specifications, and develop user support materials.
  • Optimize dashboard displays for devices and screen sizes used across the enterprise.
  • Test solutions for usability and gather feedback to continually enhance performance.
  • Evaluate new and improved dashboarding trends, tools, and best practices in collaboration with the Mission Architect.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power Apps or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of data science fundamentals and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to document processes and develop user support materials effectively.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Familiarity with optimizing dashboards for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Experience testing solutions for usability and gathering user feedback.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in dashboarding and analytics.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​
