The A&BC organization is expanding its Product team and seeking an Analytics Solutions Lead to join us on this transformational journey. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable data science requirements and delivering high-impact analytical solutions. You will lead consulting engagements, manage data science pods, and craft compelling analytical narratives that influence executive decision-making. This role will also lead program management efforts to evaluate, integrate, and deliver existing CVS Health capabilities into new customer-facing analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into clear, actionable data science requirements.
Manage data science pods to implement analytical models tailored to pharmaceutical customer needs, leveraging advanced methodologies (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning) where appropriate.
Apply strong analytical capabilities to translate modeling outputs into client‑ready analyses and deliverables, with deep proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Manage cross-functional program delivery by coordinating internal CVS Health stakeholders to assess feasibility of existing capabilities and integrate them into new customer-facing analytics solutions.
Draft, refine, deliver, and communicate analytical stories to internal and external executive audiences.
Partner with Product Management to relay key customer insights and inform broader product‑building initiatives, influencing roadmap prioritization through evidence-based recommendations.
Scope work plans, build delivery timelines, and plan resources to execute analytical consulting engagements.
Identify project opportunities based on data and analytics discovery and raise them effectively to business partners.
Work cross‑functionally with product partners to identify opportunities to speed up and standardize analytics reporting outcomes.
Demonstrate and reinforce best practices in client and business communication.
Understand how to communicate and collaborate effectively with data science partners.
This role will be hybrid (1-2 days/week onsitie) in our CVS Health office in NYC (Soho).
Required Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in Consulting, Program Management, Business Operations or Strategy experience.
3+ years’ experience in analytics consulting or management consulting, delivering project‑based outputs, including executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
3+ years’ experience with data visualization and manipulation in Excel, plus exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
2+ years’ experience working with Data Science or Data Engineering teams, with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders to deliver healthcare analytics and insights.
2+ years’ experience in program management for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, including internal coordination and problem-solving across enterprise teams.
2+ years’ experience building PowerPoint presentations with an emphasis on executive leaders and stakeholders.
1+ year experience in or with the healthcare industry, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences, with exposure to commercial, clinical, or market access analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims data.
Demonstrated proficiency in SQL.
Exposure to predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical techniques applied to healthcare datasets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives from complex data.
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) required.
Advanced degree (Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, MPH, or MBA) preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$142,140.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
