The Enterprise Analytics team is seeking a Analytics Product Enablement Specialist to support the development and implementation of a comprehensive data product. This role will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication, enhancement, and utilization of data across the Company including the Business Data & Analytics and P&C IT teams.

To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on‑site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
Participates in analytics strategy discussions by working with analytics and business leadership to understand priorities, product direction, and objectives.
Participates in developing communications and materials that translate analytics strategy, roadmap updates, and initiatives into clear, understandable messaging for business and technical stakeholders.
Works closely with analytics product owners to support product evolution, including assisting with change management, communications, and adoption activities aligned to product roadmaps.
Participates in identifying potential change impacts and adoption considerations across analytics initiatives and assists in planning readiness, training, and reinforcement activities.
Maintains an understanding of analytics products and initiatives to support consistency in messaging, adoption, and user experience.
Assists in preparing leadership-level materials, updates, and presentations related to analytics initiatives, progress, and adoption.
Works with analytics leadership and product owners to help identify enablement-related risks, dependencies, and readiness considerations and ensures visibility to appropriate stakeholders.
May participate in developing and delivering training, job aids, and enablement materials to support the adoption and use of analytics products.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Generally, a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in analytics, product support, change management, communications, project coordination, or related roles. Experience working in an agile or iterative delivery environment preferred.
Scope of Job / Qualifications: Working knowledge of analytics products, change management concepts, and user adoption considerations. Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, delivery teams, and leadership under guidance. Understanding of agile concepts and delivery rhythms sufficient to align enablement activities with ongoing work. Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding. Role operates as an Individual Contributor and does not have direct reports.
