Communication Lead – ING Analytics
About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Communication Lead to shape and elevate ING Analytics’ voice across internal and external channels. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on innovation, understands the power of storytelling, and can translate complex analytics topics into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
You will lead strategic communication initiatives that position ING Analytics as a thought leader in the data and AI space, while managing and mentoring a junior team member. If you are passionate about fresh, bold ideas and leveraging modern channels—including influencer partnerships and emerging platforms—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge communication strategies for internal and external audiences, aligned with ING’s global brand and analytics vision.
- Drive thought leadership campaigns showcasing ING Analytics’ innovation and impact.
- Content & Channel Management:
- Create engaging, high-quality content for diverse formats (articles, videos, podcasts, social media, influencer collaborations).
- Identify and leverage emerging communication channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- External Presence & Partnerships
- Build strong partnerships and engage with external experts and communities to strengthen ING Analytics’ brand presence.
- Create meaningful connections with influencers to position ING Analytics as a trusted voice.
- Executive & Investor Communications
- Prepare presentations and talking points for leadership and external events.
- Contribute to reports and publications that highlight ING Analytics’ achievements.
- Help shape messaging for investor-related communications and events.
- Mentor and guide a junior communication specialist, fostering creativity and growth.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects through effective collaboration.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in senior-level communication or marketing roles, ideally within technology, data/analytics, or high‑innovation environments.
- Proven ability to shape and steer long‑term strategic narratives while delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
- Strong background in partnering with cross‑functional leaders, product teams, and executives to craft cohesive storytelling across complex organizations.
