This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
What You’ll Work On
Lead and mentor a team of 2+ analytical lab professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
Set priorities and allocate resources to ensure timely and accurate completion of laboratory projects.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the lab.
Coordinate and monitor laboratory activities to ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and regulatory standards.
Oversee analytical testing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established protocols.
Perform and review technical tasks such as preparing reagents, conducting routine analyses, and validating results.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity for all laboratory activities.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in an analytical laboratory environment, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

The base pay for this position is
$60,000.00 – $120,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
