Qualifications: ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Interprets data, information, and issues to formulate logical conclusions and recommendations. 2. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills to Compose and to deliver responses to moderately complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner. 3. Develops alternative approaches and innovative solutions for moderately complex situations. 4. Identifies and researches the nature of problems and the impact on the client or organization. 5. Builds broad professional working relationships HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Education and/or experience in processing natural language datasets using rule-based or probabilistic (statistical and/or neural network-based) machine learning approaches, with demonstrated ability to innovate by employing emerging data science tools, concepts, and methodologies to solve novel intelligence challenges. 2. Technical knowledge/expertise in data discoverability, collection, architecture, manipulation, management, integration, and analysis methodologies, including the development of user- friendly tools and solutions that are accessible and relevant for cross-functional teams, such as all-source intelligence analysts with varying levels of data science familiarity. 3. Proven experience collaborating in cross-functional teams to translate complex data science insights into actionable products, fostering effective communication and integration of diverse stakeholder needs in a mission-driven environment. Basic Requirements: A. Degree: Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or field directly related to the position. The degree must be in a major field of study (at least at the baccalaureate level) that is appropriate for the position. or B. Combination of education and experience: Courses equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) as shown in paragraph A above, plus additional education or appropriate experience.
