Starting Salary: $65,000

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.  This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs. 

Hartford Hiring Initiative:  

This role is a part of the Aetna Business Operations Hartford Hiring Initiative and offers additional developmental opportunities. This may include leadership exposure, networking sessions, and Hartford-based events.  

This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office locationThe other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.

You will gain valuable work experience and participate in:  

  • Facilitating and documenting Interdisciplinary care team meetings.
  • Data and report analysis and validation
  • Participating in cross-functional teams to complete project work.
  • Assisting in all aspects of a current or new programs such as planning, and coordination while prioritizing work resources and time.
  • Tracking and monitoring progress against timeline and key milestones.
  • Actively participating in the development of the communications materials on project status to all impacted parties.
  • Actively participating on development of project plans to ensure all impacted parties (up-stream/down-stream) are informed of next steps for completion.
  • May assist with project logistics including agenda, meeting arrangements and minutes.
  • Influencing change in order to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and or quality services
  • Complying with the laws, regulations and ethical standards that govern the business.

No Relocation: No relocation will be provided 

Required Qualifications  

  • Meet educational requirements (see education section)

  • Able to work out of the Hartford, CT office  

  • 1+ years of related analyst work experience.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within work teams.

  • Proven track record meeting project dates.

  • Exceptional listening skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

Education 

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience required, 0-2 years experience, Anticipated completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree program by start date (June 2026).

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, computer science, healthcare management, public health, health sciences, leadership studies, communications

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
