The Analyst, YouTube Intelligence is responsible for the day-to-day performance tracking, reporting, and analysis that powers creative decision-making across Beast Industries’ YouTube channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager of YouTube Intelligence, this role is the analytical engine room, ensuring that every channel, every upload, and every format has the data context needed for creative teams to make better decisions.
This is not a back-office reporting role. The Analyst operates with significant independence: surfacing insights, presenting findings to channel leads and creative teams, and developing the YouTube fluency required to grow into a strategic analytics leader. The expectation is high output, high curiosity, and a genuine obsession with understanding what makes content perform on YouTube.
