Location Overview
Our Zurich office is based in the centre of Zurich, where you would join our Global Payments Solutions Sales (GPS) team at Stockerstrasse - a stone’s throw from the magnificent lake of Zurich. Here you’ll find state-of-the-art newly refurbished workspaces and great meeting-room facilities for our clients and us. You would join a dynamic team of our Swiss Bank of America franchise, who also organizes regular social gatherings with our office community.

The Team
Join our GPS team as a Treasury Sales Associate (TSA), supporting Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) and other Associates in delivering integrated treasury solutions to Swiss-headquartered clients and EMEA treasury centers. You’ll play a key role in managing and growing client relationships from initial engagement through implementation.
This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role within a collaborative team that values innovation, diverse perspectives, and continuous learning. You’ll gain exposure to high-profile Swiss and global clients, work on innovative treasury solutions, and develop your career within a globally recognized institution.
Responsibilities
As a TSA, you will be at the forefront of client engagement and solution delivery. Your responsibilities include:
Client Engagement & Sales Support
Partner with TSOs and Associates throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to execution.
Contribute to relationship development, track and manage client contact strategies.
Keep clients informed about product enhancements and new capabilities.
Product & Solution Delivery
Collaborate with TSOs and product specialists to deliver tailored solutions across:
Cash & Liquidity Management
Transactional FX
Merchant Acquiring
Commercial Cards
Trade Finance
Support pricing discussions, onboarding, and implementation.
Research & Strategic Planning
Prepare for client meetings with industry and company research.
Assist with RFP responses and create impactful pitchbooks and presentations.
Analyse client data using internal tools to uncover insights and opportunities.
Operational & Process Support
Maintain data integrity across sales systems (pipeline, client plans, call reports).
Support credit facility and contract management.
Drive team efficiency and foster collaboration with TSOs and Treasury Sales Associates.
What we are looking for
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, implementation, client service, or product management.
Execution Under Pressure: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
Organization & Prioritization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Clear and confident communicator across written, verbal, and presentation formats; adept at engaging via email, phone, video, and in person.
Client Orientation: Proven relationship-building skills and a client-first approach.
Adaptability & Initiative: Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible with a collaborative mindset.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and apply insights to deliver results.
Influencing & Advocacy: Independent and skilled in resolving client queries and ensuring compliance through effective advocacy.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English required; proficiency in German preferred; French and/or Italian advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools or financial platforms is a plus.
Learning Agility: Interest in treasury products and willingness to learn – we are looking for intellectually curious team-members.
