This is not a process driven role, and the successful candidate will be expected to go above and beyond just chasing clients for payment.  They will need to have demonstrable negotiation skills, have experience of striking up a rapport with even the toughest of clients and be able to speak to a variety of customers in the UK and France.

To make the role successful; you will need to have the ability to navigate through difficult conversations, be able to answer complex queries, assess risk, maintain accurate records of chasing activities, and make recommendations to internal stakeholders.

What this job involves

  • Cash Management

  • Process requests to obtain information from banking institutions

  • Request and obtain financial information and documentation from banking institutions.

  • Maintain and update the Legal Bank registry and documentation.

  • Organize and manage comprehensive banking files and records.

  • Deliver customer service support to internal teams and external clients.

  • Provide guidance to clients and staff regarding available banking services and procedures.

  • Conduct KYC due diligence procedures for new bank account openings including identity verification and compliance checks.

  • Manage complete bank account opening process from application through approval and activation.

  • Execute bank account closure procedures ensuring proper documentation and regulatory notifications.

  • Maintain KYC documentation updates and periodic reviews per banking regulations.

  • Support Treasury management in regulatory compliance activities.

  • Administer user access controls for online banking platforms used by JLL colleagues and property managers.

  • Execute additional responsibilities and special projects as directed by supervisory management.

  • Work independently to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Bank and/or Treasury Management 1 year experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Application like Excel, outlook

  • The ability to work in a team and individually

  • Good attention to detail, and organized

  • Time management

  • Work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Confident individual

  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to accept responsibility.

  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills

  • Exhibit flexibility in completion of job responsibilities as priorities change.
