Join our team as a Transaction Coordinator and play a critical role in supporting sales transactions, marketing initiatives, and our annual third‑party valuation (BOV) process. In this role, you’ll help drive accuracy, organization, and seamless communication across multiple teams assuring successful outcomes for every transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare prorations and reparations to support accurate deal financials.
  • Complete utility audits and coordinate utility transfers for assets in the sales and acquisition processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between Asset Management, Property Management, brokers, and buyers by coordinating timely and organized responses.
  • Prepare and track nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) throughout the transaction process.
  • Lead kickoff meeting preparation, agenda distribution, and follow-up on action items.
  • Set up and maintain complete transaction files and documentation.
  • Manage closing overview updates and follow‑through on outstanding requirements.
  • Coordinate weekly calls between the disposition team and Asset Management.
  • Support annual BOV efforts by gathering documents, coordinating deadlines, and ensuring on-time delivery.
     

What you should bring:

  • 2+ years of experience with real estate transactions, operations, or asset management a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with professionalism and composure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with document/workflow systems is a plus.
  • A proactive, collaborative work style and willingness to take ownership.

  • 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
