The Accounts Payable role offers a structured career path, with roles and responsibilities that advance with experience. This is an entry-level position where you process and verify invoices, match them to purchase orders, and handle vendor inquiries. You ensure bills are accurate and paid on time, often using accounting software and spreadsheets. A more advanced role that involves handling more complex issues, like reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies. You may also assist with month-end closing and generate reports on payment trends.

Work Schedule
US business hours coverage is expected to be provided all through the month with a routine shift time of 4 pm to 1 am. The shift will be extended during critical days of business depending on workflow of invoices.
Additional comments
Given the entry level nature of the role, the starting point will be indexing of invoices for a period of 6 months. Moving from Indexing to Invoice processing is based on performance and/or business requirements / scenarios.
Adaptability with positive mindset to learn the underlying business, financial, cyber-crime framework with respect to Commodity trading business.
