Do work that matters

Our Analyst team partners closely with Relationship Executives to proactively identify how we can help clients achieve their ambitions. With continued growth across North Queensland, we have an exciting Analyst opportunity based in Townsville.

In this role, you will

• Work collaboratively with Relationship Executives to understand commercial client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Undertake financial modelling and analysis, using market insights to identify risks and opportunities
• Proactively recommend ideas and strategies to support and grow client relationships
• Conduct portfolio analysis aligned to market data and group product offerings
• Prepare clear, accurate and well‑considered loan applications
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners to deliver meaningful outcomes

We’d love to hear from you if you

• Have a sound understanding of financials and the confidence to analyse, interpret and ask the right questions
• Bring experience in business or commercial banking (advantageous, but not essential)
• Are customer‑centric and motivated to help clients achieve their goals
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a curiosity for research
• Are a team player with a positive outlook and a desire to learn, grow and broaden your horizons
• Hold a tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline
