The Analyst Total Rewards is responsible for providing operational and analytical support to the Compensation team within the Shared Service Center. This role focuses on executing standard compensation processes, maintaining data accuracy, handling routine requests, and supporting Supervisor and team members in delivering high quality compensation services to the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Process standard compensation transactions such as job changes, salary updates, and basic adjustments in alignment with established guidelines (from grade local to grade F)
- Execute different allowances and one.time payments by location (e.g., BYOD for US, Canada, and Mexico).
- Maintain and update compensation databases, templates, and tracking files.
- Support the preparation and distribution of compensation documentation and reports.
- Analyze job evaluations, administer equity reviews, job reclassifications, compensation adjustments, off-cycle salary increases, and market pricing.
- Research, analyze, and resolve benefit issues or inquiries.
- Administer benefits including eligibility audits, new hire and new enrollment audits, terminations, and life event changes.
- Manage benefits reimbursements when applicable (primarily for the US/Canada)
- Collaborate with vendors to plan, administer, and resolve benefits and retirement-related requests when applicable.
- Oversee retirement plan administration, quality‑control audits, and the implementation of plan design changes
- Partner with Business HR and Centers of Expertise (CoE) to continuously improve compensation and benefits procedures, processes, and supporting technologies.
- Manage invoice processing for assigned programs and services, ensuring accurate handling and timely follow‑up until payment is completed.
- Collaborate with Business HR and other stakeholders to perform audits as needed by the operation.
- Identify when process or data adjustments are required and initiate the necessary changes.

- University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 2 to 4 years’ service center experience with direct customer interaction.
