Role Overview

The Analyst, Ticket Distribution & Sponsorship Coordination (L08) supports the execution, governance, and optimization of TD’s ticketing and sponsorship programs. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes related to ticket inventory, client entertainment allocations, sponsorship fulfillment, and internal tracking and reporting.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage centralized ticket inventory and client entertainment allocations.
• Coordinate sponsorship intake, tracking, legal review, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support compliance with client entertainment, ABAC, and internal governance requirements.
• Prepare reporting and reconciliations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with Events, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or analytical roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in regulated or risk-aware environments preferred.

  • Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3+ years relevant experience
