The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $70,992 to $88,740

Job Summary

The Analyst – PMO Operations provides essential support to project teams by executing core supply chain and SAP-related tasks. This role is focused on ensuring accurate data entry, timely processing of procurement activities, and maintaining compliance with internal controls. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members to learn and apply best practices in procurement, SAP operations, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process SAP transactions including purchase requests, invoice process, work order creation.
  • Support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement and project documentation.
  • Help monitor procurement timelines and escalate delays or issues to senior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies.
  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting efforts using Excel and other tools.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Assist in preparing materials for audits and internal reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or supply chain.
  • SAP proficiency required.
  • Understanding of procurement best practices preferred.
  • Intermediate level Excel skills required (formatting, sorting, filtering, table creation, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skill.
  • Strong customer-oriented commitment.
  • Must be self-directed and demonstrate initiative and problem solving.
  • Strong written and verbal skills required.
