As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency. You design, automate, configure, administer, maintain, develop and upgrade highly complex large-scale products, services, management systems and platforms based on the organization’s needs. You analyze and diagnose issues related to the delivery, implementation, development, administration and stability of the platforms under your purview. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs. You recommend implementation plans. Your projects and initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. You direct and guide work to meet objectives. You help solve highly complex problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive, detailed understanding of your line of business and the organization. Coordination is critical, both within the organization and externally. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. You lead and serve as a platform specialist for your unit, clients and practitioners from other sectors. More specifically, you will be required to:
Help clients define their needs. Analyze and interpret data according to your field of expertise to support decision-making for choosing critical IT solutions and automating appropriate tasks.
Ensure the development and enhancement of our security posture and infrastructure operations by meeting the organization’s needs.
Develop complex execution strategies, determine their scope and write procedures and guidelines.
Identify highly complex situations that could significantly affect the quality and stability of environments. Provide advice on how to implement recommendations based on the impacts and risks or opportunities for improvement associated with change management.
Respond immediately in critical situations that require action when incidents affect the stability of environments.
Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
