Analyst, Settlement - Buenos Aires, Argentina

ARG - Buenos Aires Full time

Role Responsibilities 

  • Local and Regional deposits and armored truck registration.
  • Daily local and regional banks and armored trucks reconciliation, among other accounts such us clearing accounts.
  • Armored trucks collection spread.
  • Book and analyze collection adjustments’ requirements.
  • Keep accounting records and prepare monthly account reconciliations to support blackline.
  • Support local and regional internal and external audits.  
  • Month-end closing processes.
  • Local and Regional Bad Debt Reserve monthly calculation.

Role Requirements 

  • One year or more of experience in an accounting or settlement role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Analytical, organized, and methodical. 
  • Effective communication.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving. 
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel. 
  • Teamwork and proactive attitude. 
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus. 
  • Intermediate English. 
  • Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm.
  • Work on certain Argentina Holidays.

Work Shift
