About the team
Insurance Accounting Suite Support (IAS) team provides functional support to the FIS products and client’s Insurance Accounting business operations.
What you will be doing
- Candidate will provide in-depth product support to Insurance clients via phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Support FIS solutions and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS products satisfy client needs.
- Recreate, document client issues and troubleshoot problems to support product quality Experience in documenting SOPs to support daily operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Infrastructure, and Professional Services to identify, track, and resolve product-related issues.
- Communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to Product Management to support continuous product improvement and enhanced customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing product training and professional development to remain current with product features, updates, and enhancements.
- This role requires working in late EMEA and US shifts.
What you bring:
- Excellent understanding of Accounting, Journal Entries, Accounts Payable and related terminologies
- Ready to work in flexible rotating shifts.
- Basic understanding of SQL, PowerShell, Windows Active Directory.
- Experience with ticketing tool (such as Team Support, SNOW, TFS) and understanding of application support domain Strong client.
Skills
- Ability to build, maintain strong client relationships. Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to take the initiative and work independently or in a team
- Strong desktop computing skills in MS office – PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
Nice to have
- Prior experience in client or customer support roles.
- Basic understanding of Insurance Accounting.
