Take your commercial property career to the next level with JLL's dynamic Office Leasing team. We're seeking an experienced Analyst to provide critical analytical support to our directors while driving market insights and client outcomes across Victoria's office sector (CBD and Metro).

What You'll Do:

  • Develop financial models for office assets including cashflows and development feasibilities

  • Create compelling market reports and data visualisation tools that represent live market trends

  • Lead the creation of pitch documents, information memorandums, and RFP responses for major assets

  • Source and analyse leasing activity across Victoria's office markets, building comprehensive databases

  • Present detailed property reports and bespoke client presentations focused on current tenant preferences

  • Collaborate with our Bid Centre of Excellence team to deliver timely, accurate analytical outputs

  • Maintain critical market databases and CRM systems with precise data entry and regular auditing

  • Support agency coordination through content creation, digital brochures, and marketing materials

What We're Looking For:

  • Property degree with some relevant sector experience

  • Knowledge of the office leasing market and commercial property fundamentals

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for financial modelling

  • Experience creating data graphics and visual aids (Adobe InDesign Suite preferred but not required)

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with ability to work under pressure

  • Confident presentation abilities for client-facing interactions

  • Proactive, forward-thinking approach with strong attention to detail

  • Self-starter mentality combined with excellent collaborative skills
