ADI’s WW Distribution Channel Team is seeking a passionate, process driven operations analyst with the to become an important member of our channel compliance team. The channel compliance team will be the business partner for Internal Audit reviews and ensuring continuous monitoring of measures within the distribution policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Perform analysis to accurately tag situations where distributors are not in compliance with our distribution policy & procedure agreement. Provide detail to the distributors and work collaboratively find root cause and implement systems or process fixes.
Review distributor POS, for accuracy and completion based on our agreed upon reporting requirements. Communicate variances with distributors and work together to figure out root cause and align with the channel operations team to ensure priority and resolution.
Work closely with our Channel Operations group as well as our distribution partners to enact meaningful change in their processes
Partner with internal audit for distribution reviews. Walk through internal audit details and findings with our distributors and internal audit teams; Report out on findings.
Qualifications of ADI’s Operations Analyst:
BS/BA required
Highly detail oriented and solutions driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Background using data to drive business decisions
Background in data analytics preferred
Knowledge of Qlikview, Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools preferred
