About the Role

Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s risk and compliance framework, with a primary focus on compliance activities, including AML/CFT monitoring, CDD review, and regulatory reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support AML/CFT monitoring activities, including transaction screening and alert review
  • Conduct and review Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and assist in Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports
  • Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Support risk reporting and tracking of key risk indicators
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the overall Risk & Compliance framework
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters
  • Support audits, reviews, and regulatory inspections as required

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of working experiences in risk, compliance, audit
  • Basic understanding of risk and compliance concepts
  • Good attention to detail and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Good administrative, coordination and communication and follow-up skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the risk and compliance profession.
