Position: Analyst – Real Estate & Services Contracts (P2)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position, Analyst - Real Estate & Services Contracts, will provide expert Real Estate contracts
support to the RTX Enterprise Services Partnerships team. This role requires a mix of
transactional, organizational skills, and the enthusiasm to keep pace with RTX dynamic agenda.
This role is responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management. The position help with drafting global contracts in professional services, facilities, and project delivery space. The ideal candidate will draw from experience in Real Estate that can assist with translating this knowledge via contract negotiations. As this is a fast-paced environment, understanding various services model (T&M, fixed price, etc.) and familiarity of contract law tied these agreements is strongly desired.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Execute preliminary contract review and markup, drafting contract amendments, and
follow through to execution for MTA, MSA, Order Forms and NDAs and associated
amendments
Liaison with Legal and the Stakeholders to complete the RTX’ Onetrust process
Establish top supplier engagement plans and governance to ensure quality
Develop executive level analysis & presentations.
Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle
Maintain and update contracts in the Contract Management Systems (e.g. Contracts Tracker, Ariba etc.)
Manage contract execution workflow via Docusign and track completion
Track and manage contract renewals and to ensure timely closure
Coordinate with the PO team for PO creation and to monitor related progress
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years' experience in Real Estate Services Contract Management
Skilled in drafting, redlining, and managing contracts; knowledge of data privacy and information security
Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in tracking actions/risks using technology; effective project planning and execution
Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in dynamic environments
Familiarity with facilities management and services contracts
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)
Strong judgment, time management, and critical thinking skills
Desired Qualifications
Candidates for this role should possess a bachelor’s degree
3-5 yrs of services/software contracts experience
Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and
individual contributors on the program team
Having a legal background is a plus
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling,prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited bylocal laws/regulations.
