Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides monthly review of workflow for all PBS AR Management team areas to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy among staff.
Creates and/or updates written guidelines, policies, procedures, and workflow documentation as needed.
Monitors the accuracy of AR staff work performance and takes action to assure compliance with written guidelines.
Provides management with support and feedback on the accomplishment of goals and opportunities for improvement of individual team members.
Collaborates with management team on appropriateness of benchmarks for quality and efficiency and suggests updates to quality and accuracy metrics as warranted.
