Role Description
This role supports the ongoing management of this one-of-a-kind program to support clinicians in their transition to practice in a value-based care model and development into a clinician leader. The coordinator will help devise, establish, and maintain key aspects of the program, evaluation, scheduling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to interface with front-line providers, and staff involved in educational initiatives across the country.
Core Responsibilities:
Provider Leadership Institute
Partner with the Program Director to oversee the operations of the Provider Leadership Institute, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and excellence in execution.
Oversee program participant recruitment and selection process, including:
Plan and execute engaging recruitment events to attract top talent.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create, update, and disseminate promotional materials to relevant channels.
Maintain and regularly update the program’s promotional content to ensure consistency and appeal.
Facilitate the application and selection process
Work closely with Harvard faculty and administrators to ensure seamless program operations and contribute to the development of innovative program components and strategies for continuous improvement.
Track progress on program work plan activities, proactively communicate challenges to supervisors and recommend solutions to address issues effectively.
Lead the creation, dissemination, and management of program participants’ schedules, including executive training and project assignments.
Develop professional development content and curriculum for fellows, creating resources that can be utilized by providers organization-wide.
Collaborate with program faculty and Oak Street leaders to design the didactic curriculum schedule and identify new opportunities for fellows.
Plan, coordinate, and lead key program events, including orientation, graduation, and other milestone activities.
Maintain comprehensive program data, and provide regular updates to the team, ensuring insights are shared effectively.
Schedule and lead regular team meetings to foster collaboration, address challenges, and share update
Update program standard operating procedures and the fellowship calendar periodically to reflect best practices and ensure consistency.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the program’s success and organizational goals.
Graduate Medical Education:
In Collaboration with the GME Ambassador, facilitate high-quality rotations for various learners across Oak Street…
Support existing Residency, NP/PA program, and medical school relationships and work with external Universities and their Program Coordinators to place, onboard, and support our clinical learners at Oak Street centers
Act as a liaison between Oak Street and program coordinators to collect all compliance paperwork before the scheduled rotation
Recruit/identify, and coordinate preceptors, track center and region capacity for clinical learners
Serve as point of contact for clinical learners, preceptors, and centers to troubleshoot IT/EMR access.
Collaborate with GME Ambassador to continuously create, update, and modify curriculum for our clinical learners
Organize Value-Based Care talks at key academic institutions across all geographies
Identify providers who can aid in relationship building and host events with local programs, cultivate a toolbox to help providers with networking
Manage and oversee targeted power-building activities, deepening relationships with undergraduate medical education programs across the country
Track all interactions with programs, ensuring organization key results related to hosting residency events, executing affiliation agreements, and hitting communication touch points with programs are achieved
Work with Regional teams to develop additional Residency and NP/PA relationships across all OSH locations
Act as liaison between OSH and residency / NP program / medical school legal departments to execute affiliation agreements and establish new partnerships
Maintain an updated list of all partnerships for OSH providers and distribute precepting materials to providers interested in becoming involved in medical education
Other duties as assigned.

Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Provider Education and Development on duties as assigned
Provide coverage for team members within the Provider Education/Engagement team when needed.
What we’re looking for
3-5+ years of project management or healthcare administration
B.S./B.A. degree required, masters degree preferred.
A highly organized individual who can keep multiple tasks moving forward, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication skills and database management
Highly professional communication skills, comfortable networking with senior physicians and other healthcare executives
Comfort presenting to and communicating with leaders as well as front-line staff, able to prepare written and verbal reports
Highly collaborative, able to coordinate across multiple centers, and navigate a matrixed organizational structure
Goal-setting and long-range planning: must be able to work with the program team to organize and coordinate operations to achieve objectives
Comfort working with physicians, advanced care providers, and medical leadership
Proficiency with standard commercial Office Suite, especially Google Apps for Business and Microsoft Office
Ability to function in an entrepreneurial environment and manage in the midst of ambiguity
Appreciates a challenge and brings a solution-oriented approach to problems

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
