The Capital Solutions team is seeking a Program Analyst to assist in managing and evaluating a broad range of complex investment opportunities, including market dislocation, specialty asset finance, opportunistic lending, structured or preferred equity and distressed credit. This position will report to a senior investment professional on the Capital Solutions team.

The Analyst Program is designed to provide junior professionals with the opportunity to learn about asset management through working closely with senior professionals. The two-year program begins with structured training and quickly transitions to live deal exposure, mentorship, and professional development. High‑performing Analysts may be considered for full‑time roles at the end of the program.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct fundamental credit and equity analysis without any bias to industry or sector.
  • Conduct financial statement analysis and detailed financial modeling.
  • Assist in preparation of investment memos containing written description of borrower business operations, industry dynamics, financial performance, etc.
  • Conduct ongoing portfolio monitoring to identify value creation opportunities and assist with internal and external reporting.
  • Assist in performing due diligence and presenting new investment ideas.
  • Meet with management teams, develop industry contacts, and utilize other information sources to develop investment theses.
  • Participate in restructuring processes for troubled portfolio companies.
  • Engage in training, mentorship, and team-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or one-year master’s degree with anticipated completion in Spring 2026. 
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. 
  • Prior internship experience at an investment bank, asset manager, private credit platform, or similar financial institution. 
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quantitative skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. 
  • Strong computer skills including experience with financial applications in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word).
