NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

Purpose

• Infrastructure as code: Author and maintain Terraform modules and YAML configuration (e.g. env_config_*.yaml) following NEF 2.0 and team conventions.
• CI/CD for infra: Use Harness IACM — PR-triggered plan, merge-triggered apply, review outputs with the team; no ad-hoc production applies.
• Git & collaboration: Feature branches, pull requests, CODEOWNERS and approvals, clear commit messages and change documentation.
• AWS operations: Provision and support services such as networking, compute, containers (ECR), data (RDS/Aurora where applicable), identity, and observability (e.g. CloudWatch, alerting) per landing-zone and security standards.
• Security & compliance: Engage with IaC security scanning (e.g. Wiz), remediate findings, and align with enterprise controls (KMS, IAM least privilege, etc.).
• Enablement: Help application teams use shared patterns, troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues, and improve reliability and repeatability of changes.
• Operational excellence: Participate in incident support for platform/infra scope, post-incident learning, and sustainable runbooks where needed.

What we’re looking for to Required:

• Solid experience with Terraform and Git in a team environment.
• Hands-on AWS (core services: IAM, VPC, compute, storage or databases, observability).
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and branch/PR workflows.
• Ability to read and write structured config (YAML) and to communicate clearly in code reviews and with non-infra stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset; comfortable with enterprise change and approval processes.
• Python, Ansible, HCV, Bash skills required.

Highly desirable

• Harness (especially IACM or similar “Terraform in pipeline” platforms).
• GitHub Enterprise (webhooks, branch protection, CODEOWNERS).
• Container workflows (Docker/image registries, Kubernetes/EKS exposure).
• Security scanning for IaC or containers and practical remediation.
• Experience in a regulated or large financial services environment.

Nice to have:

• NEF or internal platform patterns at NAB (or equivalent “golden path” platforms).
• Infrastructure monorepo experience and ownership of shared modules.
• Cost, performance, or reliability tuning for cloud workloads.
