• This role supports the stakeholders across Consumer Finance domain (Credit cards and Personal Loan products).
• This role will be key for the business to meet the organisation’s short-term and long-term customer and financial objectives by supporting the analytics related to acquisition offer modelling, tracking of acquisition offers.
• From time to time, the role involves in presenting insights and outcome of analytical deep dive to stakeholders.
• Role also involves closely working with offshore team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver on requests.
• This is an individual contributor role with thought leadership intent.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• At least 4+ years experience in data analytics related to financial services, banking or insurance
• Prior experience in financial modelling is must have
• Experience in Analytics team or role is added advantage
• Experience in handling high volumes of data 
• Work experience on Databricks (essential)
• Good to have -  SAS, R or Python
• High levels of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Excel VBA (added adv.)
• Exposure to Agentic AI, aptitude to learn and explore new areas
