NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

Your New Role:

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark and AWS Spark on EMR.
• Build data ingestion and transformation workflows from various sources to AWS-based data lakes or warehouses (e.g., S3, Redshift).
• Write clean, modular, and testable code in Python/Pyspark to handle complex data processing.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows using tools like Harness, Jenkins.
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and resource usage in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, data scientists, and DevOps to support data needs.
• Ensure best practices in data quality, security, and compliance.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
• Strong programming experience in Python, PySpark and databricks for big data processing.

• Solid experience in SQL writing.
• Proven experience working on AWS services such as S3, EMR.
• Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of data lake and data warehouse architecture.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
