EDUCATION • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable CERTIFICATIONS WORK EXPERIENCE • Experience within a complex environment working with HR information systems • Financial services or highly regulated industry a plus • Exposure to process improvement a plus FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to drive initiatives forward to completion • Experience delivering excellent customer service/focus • Understanding of the HR function and HR service delivery • Exposure to project management • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and ability to think strategically • Proficiency with the full range of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS • Communicates effectively • Identifies multiple paths to success through the development of analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Exercises sound judgement and strives for continuous improvement • Demonstrates optimism, resilience, flexibility, and openness to others' ideas • Learns while doing • Actively listens and asks thoughtful questions • Leverages available technology to achieve efficiency and results • Engages inclusively and with intent • Always acts with integrity RESPONSIBILITIES • Contributes to initiatives that enhance and streamline HRCS organizational activities • Helps ensure continuous improvement and innovation to reduce/eliminate extremely manual and/or duplicative processes • Analyzes current processes to identify process gaps and consults with internal stakeholders to determine opportunities for optimization • Analyzes opportunities to leverage HRCS vendors regionally or globally • Helps ensure SLAs are met and communicated in a timely mannerMitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
