Your Role
The Mobility Procurement Analyst II is a member of the Mobility team and has the following primary areas of responsibility for Domestic US: Mobility Procurement, Fulfill Requestor Inquiries. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage mobile device procurement, assist users with orders and plan options, and troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, carrier services, and enterprise configurations.

Your Job Responsibilities:
Mobility Procurement (70%)

  • Manage the end-to-end mobile device procurement program, including iPhones, tablets, and MiFi units, supporting Warner Media’s global workforce.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all mobility-related products, services, and carrier relationships.
  • Manage the product catalog by regularly updating equipment models, pricing, and availability to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and carrier offerings
  • Coordinate quoting, purchase order processing, and order fulfillment while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with procurement policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with mobile vendors and carriers, negotiating pricing and service levels as needed.
  • Partner with Asset Management to ensure timely receipt and accurate inventory tracking, and with Client Support for seamless device setup and configuration.
  • Fulfill Requestor Inquiries (30%)
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees seeking support with mobile device orders, plan options, pricing inquiries, and order tracking ensuring responsive and informed support.
  • Own and resolve high-impact user issues by proactively diagnosing complex challenges related to mobile hardware, carrier services, and enterprise configurations.
  • Deliver fast, effective solutions, including device replacements and escalations, while providing a high-touch user experience that fosters confidence and trust.

Qualifications & Experience
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of procurement experience
  • 3+ years of mobile device support management
  • 3+ years of supplier management experience
  • Strong business analytics experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with limited direction

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working directly for or with major mobile carriers (e.g., Movistar, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) in a technical, sales, or support capacity.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise users in a fast-paced, global environment—especially executive or VIP user groups
  • Familiarity with mobile carrier management portals and tools (e.g., AT&T Premier, Verizon Enterprise Center, etc.).
  • Experience managing a corporate device fleet or mobility program in a large organization.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile device lifecycle management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JAMF, Apple Business Manager).
  • Working knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP & Ariba.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills to support regional users and vendor coordination in LATAM markets.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • CITAM or other ITAM certifications (Preferred)
